today was my first clinical attachment ever and i'm posted to a Day Rehabilitation Centre.. well, its quite fun and boring.. but it made me realise a lot of things when i saw the elderly.. i was thinking what if in the future when i grow old, will i be like them? i won't want that, sitting down and doing nothing the whole day.. and the staffs there told me that some of the elderly had great past, eg: a police, a sewer... and there's a granny who's over 100 yrs old and still can do a lot of things! Impressive! and the staff there told us that in nursing you don't just do it for the sake of salary, you do with your heart.. and seriously i must train my patience.. i realised that i had not much patience with the elderly..

AND AND! my language problem as well.. there's language barrier between me and the elderly.. they are chinese but they purposely talkmalay to me.. so funny.. and my hokkien sucks when i'm nervous, haha!
