haha, today's 3rd Jan and I know I'm seriously late.
here to post on some sort of summary of 2008?
alright.
Here I go.
1. Left sec. school (finally!). Sad yet relieve. being able to get to know so many friends and experience so many episodes n my life is truly great. A pity I had not been contacting my buddies at sec. school. Well, I did try, but they were all saying that they were busy. And I'm truly tired of it.
2. Found
jobs while I was waiting for my O level results. At
AMK Hub and Bakerzin. I had learnt a lot of customer service stuffs at AMK Hub, as I'm working as a redemption stuffs, and met nice friends around there. Started to know what is meant by 'office politics' there, and it sure can be quite scary. And also a lot of 'shit' talikngs from the customers. And I had worked 3 times this year! (: Reason being, everyone was nice and I knew that if I had any problems I can rely on my helpful colleagues!
Experience at Bakerzin was not only dreadful, I indeed had fun over there as well, although the pay was not high. In a service line, there's sure to be customers talking 'rubbish' at you, and I had learnt a lot from bakerzin as well. I have to admit that working at Bakerzin was fun, as I enjoy keying-in customers orders, juggle with the cakes, and taking the food out. Till now I even dreamt of returning back as a waitress. (:
3. Attended
Officer Course and had successfully passed as a Grade6. There's much satisfaction in it, and it really trains your fitness and perserverance! Its here that I learned how much you can really push a person to the max! I'm lucky to be in group NOVEMBER. Of course, friends there held the same dream as me, making a difference back to their school. And not forgetting the Z4 officers, they too, had made me learn a lot. They taught me to be serious at work, and fun/crazy at play.
4. Got into
Nursing course @ NP is my greatest move this year. It was really not easy to choose your future career at the age of only 16. But till now, I had no regrets that I got into this course. Learnt that nursing is not just 'shit' jobs that people usually teased us to be. Its all about caring and the satisfaction that you get from just a patient's 'Thank You'.
I knew even if I were to explain it a million times, some idiots out there will still not understand. And I had also knew a lot of friends that I knew in nursing. Class T11 & P22 shared much joy together and it was a blessing for me to be a part of them. Although there were much issues earlier in P22, we all had overcome it together, and became the 'Best of Class' where we were so so united, even till now, I must say.
5. Lastly, my
old time buddies. Yan Qi, Saw Chiu, and Yun Ling. They were all my pri. school friend. I had truly regretted not being able to contact much with them and being there for them when they needed someone. This was my greatest regret in '08.
May our 2009 be filled with joy and laughter.
