WEDNESDAY
We had WSS training today.
WSS= World Skills Singapore.
If i'm really lucky and up to it, I will be competing Nursing Skills with NYP and ITE.
If I really do win, I will be going to London~ haha, but I know that's too far-off, I'm not up to it yet. Let's just dream about it, haha!
So... We had our first training and we did admission exercise.
I volunteered to be the maid, SQ the patient, and it was FUN! (:
Ms Jo(our lecturer in charge) was nice and knowledgable (:
TODAY
Umm, it was just a typical day. We had PHARM make-up lesson at 9am.
Really feel that I should start to study hard, esp my NS1, NS2, and PHARM.
Year 2 really cannot play play le ):
We did injection today at NSL, and it was fun! (:
As Ms Rebecca (my NSL lecturer) had to go for an emergency meeting, we were left in the class for the 2nd hour, so took a lot of pics (:
And we heard from Ms Rebecca that due to the recent swine flu, we may not have clinical attachment.
Although the whole class was very happy to hear the news, but I somehow feel sad.
I really pity the nurses working in the hospital. It must have been difficult to continue caring for patients at such difficult times. Feel so proud of them at the same time!
After school went with Vicky and Panda to the library to watch movie. Home after that. (:
It was actually quite frightening to play with needles at first, but realised it was fun (:
